1. Jet Lag
Jet Lag is usually caused by crossing multiple time zones in a short time. Every human being has a cycle of 24 hours each so-called circadian rhythm. Usually the rhythm is changing every day, but only slightly. When someone enters the time zone that is not in sync with the person’s circadian rhythm, it takes longer to reset the daily rhythm.
To overcome the jet lag, there are some things you need to do. First, if you will fly through several time zones, order the most recent flight to keep the rhythm of the body. Humidity of air in the plane tends to decrease to 15 percent. Therefore, get used to always drink mineral water before the flight, while on the plane and also having come to town or your destination country. Avoid drinking coffee or other caffeinated beverages, because you will aggravate dehydration.
3. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
DVT is a condition in which a blood clot (thrombus) that forms inside the blood vessels such as veins in the legs. This happens if you do a long journey and not a lot of motion. DVT also affects the lungs that causes blockage of arteries. To prevent this, you are required to move their legs, especially if a long trip, so they can keep the blood circulation and prevent clotting.
